The Bliss Bridal Story\u00a0<\/h4>\n

Every great love story begins with a moment of inspiration-and so did ours.<\/p>\n

Bliss Bridal Salon was founded in 2008 by Wendy Holsomback, a lifelong lover of bridal fashion who believed that finding the dress<\/i> should be just as meaningful as saying I do<\/i>. When she got engaged, Wendy was disheartened by the lack of personalized, intimate bridal experiences available in the Fort Worth area. She realized that while gowns were plentiful, true connection, attention to detail, and space to savor the moment<\/i> were missing.<\/p>\n

She envisioned a place where brides wouldn’t feel rushed or overlooked, and where their families would feel seen and celebrated too. A place that felt both exclusive and welcoming. That moment came unexpectedly while shopping for baby shower invitations for a dear friend. As she stood in line, she felt a quiet, undeniable nudge in her spirit-a still, small voice reminding her that now was the time<\/i>. Wendy believes it was God planting the seed in her heart that had been waiting to grow.<\/p>\n

She got back in the car, turned to her then-boyfriend (now husband of 16 years), and said, “We’re in the wrong business.” When he asked what business they should<\/i> be in, she simply said, “I want to open the bridal store.”<\/p>\n

Where are they now?<\/h4>\n

The dear friend she was shopping for that day? She’s now one of the salon’s social media managers. Wendy’s husband, who was there from the very beginning, still works full-time alongside her. Bliss has always been-and continues to be-a true family-owned and operated labor of love.<\/p>\n

Seventeen years later, Bliss has become the gold standard in bridal shopping across Texas. Brides travel from all over to experience the warmth, connection, and care that Bliss stylists bring to every appointment.
