The Alterations Associate is a highly organized, service-oriented individual who thrives on details and enjoys being the hostess of each fitting<\/strong>, providing support and reassurance to brides throughout the alterations journey. This role requires both warmth and precision-ensuring fittings feel seamless and celebratory while keeping schedules, communications, and gown progress on track.\nIdeal candidates have a basic understanding of garment construction, sewing, or pinning<\/strong> and are eager to learn more.
